キャピタル・サービス・グループ(以下、CSG)とラクロス・グローバル・ファンド・サービシス・グループ(以下、ラクロス)は、アジア地域における企業再生債権への投資機会を求めるヘッジ・ファンド顧客へのサポート・サービスを提供することを目的とし、戦略的提携契約に調印したことを本日付けで発表いたします。

CAPITAL SERVICES GROUP FORMS STRATEGIC ALLIANCE WITH LACROSSE GLOBAL FUND SERVICES

LaCrosse Global Fund Services and Capital Services Group announced today the formation of a strategic alliance to support hedge fund clients seeking distressed debt opportunities throughout Asia.

The alliance combines LaCrosse’s recently launched LaCrosseMortgage+TM service suite, a set of specialized fund administration and middle-office services for hedge funds and other alternative investment vehicles, with Capital’s Pan-Asia loan servicing and workout offerings.
