AWL株式会社、CFO(最高財務責任者)の新設および就任のお知らせ ～コーポレート部門を強化し、さらなる成長基盤を構築～

　サツドラホールディングス株式会社(東証一部 証券コード：3544、本社：北海道札幌市、代表取締役社長：富山 浩樹、以下「サツドラHD」)のグループ企業であるAWL株式会社(本社：東京都千代田区、代表取締役社長：北出 宗治、以下「当社」)は、2019年7月24日付けで、CFO(最高財務責任者)を新設し、佐藤 晴朗(さとう はるあき)氏が就任しましたので、下記の通りお知らせ致します。

■就任の背景

　当社はサツドラHDが有する店舗、データ、ノウハウといった資産を活用し、北海道、東京、ベトナムの3拠点において、10カ国以上の多国籍メンバーと共に、リテール、飲食店、アパレルなどのチェーンストア(多店舗)経営の共通課題を解決するための、AIカメラソリューションの開発を進めてきました。

　現在、複数社での実証実験を進めると共に、全国のチェーンストアで利活用いただくための営業、サポート体制の構築に着手する段階に至っています。

　そのような背景の中、当社のコーポレート部門を強化し、さらなる成長基盤を構築していくことを目的に、CFO(最高財務責任者)を新設し、佐藤 晴朗氏が就任しました。

　佐藤 春朗氏の経験を生かし、当社の多様性溢れるグローバルなカルチャーをさらに発展させると共に、事業拡大フェーズに即したコーポレート部門、財務基盤の強化、事業提携の推進等更なる事業拡大に取り組んでまいります。

■佐藤 晴朗氏の略歴

1971年東京生まれ。

慶応大学経済学部を卒業後、株式会社富士銀行(現株式会社みずほ銀行)に入社し、幅広い業務に従事。

2000年にスターバックス コーヒー ジャパン 株式会社に入社し、人事企画マネージャーとして社員だけなくアルバイトも対象にストックオプション制度を導入するなど人事施策を実施、更には財務・IRマネージャーとして財務基盤の強化と上場実現に尽力。

その後、株式会社GABAにおいて、総務担当常務執行役員として上場に貢献。

2007年6月より、アスクル株式会社にて、広報室部長、IR部長を歴任。

■Profile: Haruaki Sato

Haruaki Sato was previously the General Manager of Public Relations Office

Department, the General Manager of IR Office at ASKUL Corporation.

Mr. Sato has multiple experience leading successful new business, including Managing Executive Officer at GABA Corporation which he brought up to stock market listing. Prior to GABA, he served in several management positions within finance, IR and HR divisions in Starbucks Coffee Japan.

Born and grown up in Tokyo, Haruaki began his career at The Fuji Bank now Mizuho Bank, after he received his B.A. in Economics from Keio University.
