2020年3月以降、Veevaは新規のお客様が医師とのつながりを維持できるよう、Veeva CRM Engage Meetingを無料で提供しています。リモートミーティングの回数は2月から5月までで50倍以上増加しており、企業は何十万人もの医療従事者とリモートでやり取りしています。(*1)
また、リモートでの会話はより詳細な対話になる傾向にあり、通常の訪問面談の業界平均値が6分(*2)であるに対し、リモートミーティングでは平均22分(*3)という長さです。
