これまで現場チームは複数のツールを通じてデータへのアクセスを行っており、そのとりまとめには煩雑な作業が必要でした。しかしVeevaの本機能の登場により、日常的な業務の計画・遂行において適正なインサイトを簡単に活用できるようになります。その一例として、Veeva CRM MyInsightsのコール前の事前計画ダッシュボードでは、必要なすべてのデータが集約されているだけでなく、モバイル機器からVeeva CRMに接続して参照することが可能です。
Veeva CRM MyInsightsは、ダッシュボードを通じて、受注管理、アカウントの詳細情報、テリトリーマネジメント、キー・オピニオン・リーダー(KOL)のプロフィール、アカウント・プランニングなどの ライブラリを構築していくことができます。また標準的なHTML／JavaScript規格に準拠しているため、それぞれの役割や活動に応じた新規データやプレビルト型データの可視化を容易に図ることができます。
VeevaはMyInsightsのリリースにあわせ、Veeva CRM MyInsightsの認定プログラムについても発表しました。同プログラムでは、プレビルト型ダッシュボードやカスタムデータの可視化の作成技能を身につけたサービスプロバイダー網を顧客企業に提供することを目指しています。テクノロジー、サービス企業、代理店など、すでに20社近くの提携先が認定を受けており、今後もこのVeeva CRM MyInsightsプロバイダー・エコシステムは拡大していく予定です。
