アパマンショップ直営店がSNSから来店促進　 Instagram連携でリアルな接点を追求する取り組みを開始

Apaman Property株式会社(東京都中央区・APAMAN株式会社の連結子会社　代表取締役社長：山崎 戒)は、同社が運営するアパマンショップ直営店において、直営店のInstagram公式アカウントと連携したキャンペーンを、2025年8月18日(月)より開始いたします。SNSで当社の投稿をご覧いただいたお客様に、店舗へ足を運んでいただくことで、非売品のオリジナルステッカーをプレゼントする企画です。

■背景　SNSが生み出す「リアルな接点」の重要性

当社は、公式キャラクター「べあ～君」と「ハニちゃん」を通じて、日頃からSNSで地域情報や物件の魅力を発信してまいりました。7月にはInstagramの直営反響数が前月比で2倍以上を記録するなど、SNSは顧客との重要な接点となっています。

今回のキャンペーンは、オンラインでのコミュニケーションをさらに発展させ、お客様に実際に店舗へお越しいただくことで、より深い信頼関係を築くことを目的としています。SNSで親しみを感じたキャラクターや店舗の雰囲気を、実際に体験していただくことで、新たな顧客体験を創出します。
